Suing people is fun

Question: If you are purchasing a house next to a golf course, would the posibility of errant golf balls enter into your decision? If, after moving into said home, your house was struck from time to time by a golf ball, would you have the nerve to sue the golf course? Apparently some people would.
Here's my beef. People buy a house next to something that has existed for years (a farm, a highway, an airport, a golf course, train tracks), and then proceed to complain about the smell of shit, the road noise, the loud aircraft, golfers who slice, and trains going by at 6 in the morning waking them up. If this is you, please stop.
However, if this is you, you have every right to be pissed off.
